Why education?

In today’s fast paced and dynamic world, the constant development of technical progress and the variable market structure, of one modern man is required to know and do more, to acquire and enrich fast and qualitatively his knowledge and skills. That is why we are providing environment for every person, which is inquisitive and looking for new development perspectives, to be included absolutely for free in the specially developed e-training computer module. During the past few years the different e-learning forms have become more and more popular. The new methods are more efficient than the traditional ones and allow the trainees to choose themselves when, where and with what pace to study.
Thanks to the interactivity and the diversified content the e-training helps to enhance the ability for concentration, perception and memory.Researches show thatby this type of training the information could be perceived with up to 50 % faster and lasting in comparison to all other conventional forms of training. That is why by the e-training forms we acquire knowledge through vision, listening and practical tasks.
The advantages of e-training module:

  1. You get fast and easy access to the thematic contents, you check timely the knowledge acquired and you have a possibility for on-line contact and feedback with our lectors; Thanks to the interactivity, the information is presented by an innovative and interesting way - flash animation;
  2. You choose by yourselves when and how much material to study?
  3. 24 hours, 7 days per week from each point of the world you have access to your on-line training via the web-based training portal;
  4. You can define by yourselves your pace of learning, to follow in a timely manner your progress and if needed to go back to the lessons, which you want to consolidate.

How can I reach the lessons?

  1. Fill in the registration form on the right on the main page “Log in” -> „Registration for training“.
  2. After registration click on the button „Log in“, and type your username and password.
  3. Now you can start the training or log in the system of the menu „Products“->“Self-instructor in computer literacy“.
  4. The e-training module contains 43 topics. The training starts of the first topic and the other topics can be successively passed as you have the possibility to go back and revise the lessons passed. Start the training clicking on “START”.

Why information?
We have considered the role of business representatives, employers, entrepreneurs and labour intermediaries – of one side for offering employment and of other side for the people looking for a job as we provide on-line space for e-labour exchange. The selection of human resources is a complicated process and has long ago gone out of the framework of the traditional way for selection and hiring of employees. That is why we expect that the free access to the e-labour exchange will support the establishment of contact between the two target groups and to help finding the mutual interest between them.
Employers and job seekers can register only in a few minutes, by creating their profile. Reviewing of the profiles of job seekers, and the announcement of vacancies in this site are accessible after registration of the employers. The profile of each candidate includes information on his basic skills and competencies and what is the desired sphere, in which he wants to develop. There is also an opportunity for him to attach a CV. Job seekers can learn about the requirements of potential employers, and employers, in turn, can see the profiles of registered people online and find a suitable candidate for the position offered by them. All services in this e-labour exchange is free -
reviewing  the profiles of job seekers and the announcement of vacancies.

    • Fill in the registration form on the main page by using the button ”LOG IN” -> „Registration for training and/or looking for a job“. It is advisable to publish a CV.
    • Click on the red button „Find a job“. Now you can review the published job offers.

  • To check for suitable free job offers, published on this web-site;
  •  To publish on the web-site a job offer announcement;

Note: 1) Only persons, who have registered on the web-site can review the published job offer announcements.2) At any time you have the possibility to revise the profile of the announcement or to delete it if you have already found the person, suitable for the position offered.
If you are an employer and you want to publish a job offer announcement:

  1. Fill in the registration form: „Log in“->“Registration of companies“.
  2. After registration click on „Log in“ and type your username and password.
  3. After entering successfully in the system -> „Offer a job“.
  4. Click on the text „Publish announcement“, and fill in the criteria for the position offered.

The advantages for you:

  • To make selection of human resources among the persons, registered in the web-site as job seekers;
  • To announce on the web-site your propositions for vacancies;

Note: At any time you have the possibility to revise the profile of the announcement or to delete it if the position has already been occupied.
